• New Tube Design: The new JLT tube is 3 1/2" ID, roto molded plastic to resist engine heat and keep the intake air charge nice and cool. NO METAL TUBING HERE!!With no separate MAF housing or couplers air flow is fast and smooth.
• Molded In MAF: All Series 2 tubes have a 84mm MAF molded right in the tube. The largest on the market.
• Gains: 10-15 RWHP are typical with this kit.
• Tuning: A JLT Series 2 tune is required with this kit.
• Finish Options: Standard finish is an OEM looking black textured plastic and available in your cars exact body color. All painted tubes go through an in-depth process to remove all the texture, then they use only the best quality materials to give each tube a smooth gloss finish.
• Includes: JLT plastic intake tube, Rubber elbow, 3.5x8" S&B powerstack air filter, ABS Heat Shield, PCV hose, HD Clamps and all needed hardware.

A: Cold air intakes are not offered for every vehicle and are vehicle specific. There are no universal kits available on the market.
Q: What's the difference between a cold air intake and a short ram intake?
A: Cold air intakes are usually placed in the fender well area, which brings in a cooler charged air from beneath the car (outside of the engine bay), which is denser and therefore creates more power. The piping is a lot longer than a short ram which means the power gains are not seen until the mid to higher RPM band. A short ram intake is located inside the engine bay and creates power with better response times than a cold air, however the air is not as dense, which means that it doesn't make as much power in the upper RPM region and makes less power overall.
