ABOUT SSR
Back in early 1970s Japan, SSR came to prominence when they developed the first three-piece alloy wheel. This absolutely revolutionized the industry and things have never been the same since. With a deep connection to motorsports SSR has a true understanding of what it takes to make a high performance wheel. Since 1991 they have been using a highly advanced technology take from the aviation industry called Semi-Solid Forging (SSF) to make wheels that are both incredibly light and incredibly strong. They are the only aftermarket wheel manufacturer in the world to use SSF technology in the production of aluminum wheels. With an American headquarters in Torrence, CA they have great global distribution, and their wheels are continuing to help people when championships in all forms of motorsports including touring car and drifting.
