PRICE STOMP PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Andy's works tirelessly to make sure our prices are the best in the land. It's our way of delivering superior value to you! Our goal is to make sure you know you're always getting the best price from us without doing any extra price-checking work.

If you've seen a lower price, we will STOMP our price down to our cost. You shouldn't have to go through the hassle to price shop -- that's our job! We don't think you'll find a better price, but if you do then you can have the part at cost as a gesture of our good faith.

And no need to call in to get your new price. It's all set up through our website right here with Andy's Price Stomp.

For us to beat a lower price with Price Stomp, the following conditions may need to be met:

• The item must be brand new in its original box.
• The item cannot be part of an auction where bidding is involved.
• The eBay or Amazon seller must have the item in stock.
• The item must be readily available to ship from Andy's.
• The item on eBay or Amazon must be the same brand and part number as the one we're selling.
• We cannot violate any manufacturers' Unilateral Pricing Policies. A small number of manufacturers have a Unilateral Pricing Policy, meaning they won't allow anyone to sell their products lower than a predetermined price.
• We can't reduce or waive sales tax for California orders in order to beat a price. California sales tax is required by law on all shipments sent to California.

Through Andy's Price Stomp, we will sell you the part at cost if you find it at a lower price. Our cost is determined by taking the amount we paid, or would have to pay, our supplier to procure the product. It also includes shipping costs and fees that would be incurred as well as related transaction fees and order processing costs.
