The monte carlo bar is deeply rooted in motorsports tradition. The original design was thought up by motorsports legend Carroll Shelby who is well known for building some of the fastest machines on the planet. The simple idea was to use a bar to link the upper shock mounts to maintain proper suspension alignment and reduce chassis flex. It was immediately effective in competition and quickly became a standard item on many race cars and street cars alike. Now you have a chance to put a piece of motorsports history on your own machine with a brand new Infiniti monte carlo bar. You are guaranteed to feel the difference.

Q: What is a monte carlo bar? Why buy one?
A: A Monte Carlo bar is a stiffening device developed by motorsport’s legend Carroll Shelby to help give his Mustangs a leg up on the race track. The bar runs between the tops of the shock mounts, connecting them together and forming a crucial link that greatly improves chassis stiffness, reduces flex, and helps the suspension to better do its job. By maintaining proper suspension geometry you gain more precise steering feel and improved handling characteristics which can drop valuable seconds from your lap times and make your car much more pleasurable to drive on the street. This simple yet effective device is one of the best performance bargains you will find.
