Subaru Hood Hinges

While not the most exotic part on your vehicle Subaru hood hinges play a crucial role in functionality. By allowing you to easily access your motor, Subaru hood hinges make maintenance and repair a breeze. Over time hinges are prone to corrosion and wear that can make your hood stiff and difficult to open. New Subaru hood hinges are a simple and affordable way to restore the functionality of your hood to like-new condition. Here at Andy's Auto Sport we have an excellent selection of Subaru hood hinges for you to choose from. With offerings from all of the leading brands you are sure to find the perfect hinges for your setup in our extensive catalogue.

Hinges have been around for hundreds of years, but with its simple yet innovative design the basic hinge has not changed much throughout history. However hinges are still precision devices and even the smallest bend or ding can cause a hinge to seize up and not function properly. If your vehicle has suffered any damage to the hood area, chances are your Subaru hood hinges are damaged as well. Continuing to use old damaged hinges can cause your nice new hood to become warped or creased. Do not risk further damage, replace your worn out hinges with a new set from our lineup.

Q: What are hood hinges? Why buy them?
A: Hood hinges play an important role in both the function and form. While giving you convenient access to your engine bay, they are also a very visible part on any vehicle. When hinges get old they become sticky, noisy and difficult to move. In addition, corrosion, pitting and rusting can be quite unsightly detracting from your vehicle’s overall aesthetic. The addition of a new dress up set of hinges will have your hood opening and closing like new, and with a host of available finishes this inexpensive part can really dress up your ride and bring it up to show quality in no time. Whether you like a subtle black aesthetic or a flashier chromed look, a new set of hood hinges will help your ride your desired look. There are also custom hinges that let your hood open in unique ways to help give it that added touch to set it apart from the crowd.
