Your car battery is a large heavy object that is packing a pretty hefty charge. If it is not firmly held in place it can rattle around and arc on metal components causing electrical failure and extreme fire hazard. A simple solution to this dangerous problem is the addition of Scion Xa battery tie downs. Aftermarket Scion Xa battery tie downs ensure that your battery stays attached in one location so that the terminals do not come in contact with any other parts of the car. Here at Andy's Auto Sport we offer a wide variety of Scion Xa battery tie downs from many of the leading brands. So whether you want a subtle tie down for your daily driver or something flashy for your show car, we can accommodate all of your needs.

Many motorsports competitions require battery tie downs as a safety feature. In addition to preventing fires, many race cars have their batteries mounted inside the vehicle for better weight distribution. In the event of an accident the last thing you want is for a heavy battery to be flying around, hence the regulations for battery tie downs. Even in street cars, an intense car accident can exert a tremendous amount of force that can send your battery flying and ignite a fire. We strongly recommend that you give your battery added security with Scion Xa battery tie downs.
