Big Ol'Bagged Bimmer

The E65 BMW 7-Series was the big-body sedan that replaced the E38 as King of the Bimmers, and helped us all move on from “that car that Tupac got shot in.” Morbid, yes, but until the E65 came out there weren’t many 7-Series being customized. Yes, the transmissions can be finicky and the first-gen iDrive was kind of confusing, but you can’t ignore the power and style. Used examples can be picked up for a fraction of the cost of a new one, and so there’s plenty of money left over to modify them! For example, the one shown above is dressed up with iForged 22-inch wheels in staggered widths, and AirREX struts with an Accuair valve block provide the lift needed to clear any steep driveways on the way to the valet.
