Carrillo has built connecting rods in Southern California since 1963, and for most of that time a Carrillo rod has been the answer when the question is what will not break. Forged from proprietary steel, machined in-house to tolerances most rod makers do not attempt, and fastened with CARR or WMC bolts, Carrillo rods live in NASCAR, IndyCar, Pro Stock, endurance and motorcycle racing engines.

The street catalog carries the same engineering to LS, Coyote, Hemi, Honda, Subaru, Nissan, Toyota and Mitsubishi applications - rods for builds where the power target is real and the margin has to be too.
