This 7.0in x 6.0in filter with a 3.0in flange ID is warranted for 4 years or 150,000 miles, and is especially well-suited to dry, dusty, or severe-duty operating conditions.

A: An air filter protects against debris from getting into your engine. The factory air filter on your car is very restrictive, and buying an performance filter will generally help improve throttle response and add a pleasing induction sound to the engine under acceleration.
