Universal Synchronic BOV package SB001 is the iconic Synchronic BOV that has set the standard for impossibly fast response from a BOV/DV. Completely modular, it can be installed as a vent-to-atmosphere BOV or re-circulating diverter valve. The Synchronic BOV for the Genesis Coupe 2.0T is a direct bolt on "plug & play" kit that requires no cutting, welding, or modifying OE structural components. This kit is designed for ease of installation and maximize performance while maintaining the OE intended configurations by using the factory solenoid to control the BOV. The Synchronic BOV does not require different spring change to accommodate different boost pressure, and the adapter pipe is powder coated black to preserve the OE look and feel while providing resistance to light scratches. The adapter pipe is also compatible with the newer Synchronic DV should the need of upgrading arise in the future.

Synapse Engineering is a performance shop based out of San Diego, California since 1999. Their fields of expertise deals in bypass valves, wastegates, intercoolers, turbocharger piping and accessories.
Synapse has been reinventing pneumatic actuators for flutter dump, compressor surge – issues which plague high-boost turbo setups – with a new technology called "Synchronic". Their products are low-maintenance, bolt-on performance pieces that are designed for easy installation – they supply couplers with matching t-bolt clamps, for instance.

Q: How do you install a blow off valve?
A: Blow-off valves are bolted to a steel/aluminum flange. The flange must be welded onto your intake piping.
Q: Are blow off valves made to fit a specific vehicle? Or are they universal?
A: Blow-off valves are universal for all turbocharged vehicles.
Q: Is there any reason for me to buy a blow off valve if I don't have a turbo kit?
A: Naturally aspirated cars will not benefit from a blow-off valve, only turbocharged or supercharged vehicles will.
