Spectre's HPR conical air filter is a blue oiled-synthetic-media clamp-on cone, 2-1/2 inches tall, with a urethane base and triple chrome-plated steel top and base. Included adapter rings let it fit 3-inch, 3-1/2-inch, and 4-inch diameter tubes. It ships factory pre-oiled and is washable and reusable.
