Spectre's HPR conical air filter is a black oiled-synthetic-media clamp-on cone filter that fits 3in., 3-1/2in., and 4in. diameter tubes using the included adapter rings. At 2-1/2in. tall, it features a urethane and steel mesh construction, a triple chrome-plated steel top and base, and ships factory pre-oiled and ready to install.
