Mishimoto's M22 x 1.5 Oil Sandwich Plate is CNC-machined from billet 6061 aluminum and fits GM LSX vehicles and Ford V8s including the 4.6L, 5.4L, and Coyote 5.0L. The internal thermostat restricts flow to the heat exchanger until activation temperature is reached, improving warm-up without sacrificing cooling. Two 1/8-inch NPT ports accept temperature or pressure sensors, and the rear-mounted thermostat keeps the footprint small for tight engine bays.
