Mishimoto's Performance Intercooler Kit for the 2018-2023 Kia Stinger GT 3.3T replaces the full intercooling system from turbo to throttle body with a bar-and-plate core TIG-welded to cast aluminum end tanks, delivering a 94-percent increase in core volume and 74-percent increase in external fin surface area. Upgraded 3-inch aluminum pipes and a reworked merger manifold add 51-percent more flow out of the turbos while retaining stock recirculation valve compatibility. On stock tuning, Mishimoto recorded a 29-degree F drop in outlet temps with gains of 8whp and 8wtq.

Q: How do you install an intercooler?
A: Intercoolers are installed using piping kits. If there is a kit available for your car, intercoolers are placed in their desired location and piping routed to both the throttle body and the turbocharger side. Sometimes piping kits are not available and custom piping will need to be made.
