Mishimoto's Honda Accord Performance Intercooler uses a bar-and-plate core measuring 27.95 inches x 7.34 inches x 3.54 inches mated to cast-aluminum end tanks, dropping intake temps up to 28 degrees F. Testing on a stock 2.0T showed gains of 13whp and 14ft-lbs, with 22whp and 29ft-lbs on a tuned setup. This black powder-coated unit is a direct bolt-on fit for 1.5T and 2.0T Accord applications and includes Mishimoto's Lifetime Warranty.

Q: Do intercoolers work for any vehicle? Is there any pre-condition needed for me to buy an intercooler?
A: Intercoolers are sold either individually as universal cores or as kits with piping and couplers included. Turbocharged and supercharged engines can utilize intercoolers effectively while naturally aspirated vehicles do not have use for them.

A: Intercoolers are installed using piping kits. If there is a kit available for your car, intercoolers are placed in their desired location and piping routed to both the throttle body and the turbocharger side. Sometimes piping kits are not available and custom piping will need to be made.
