Mishimoto's lower overflow hose for the 2003-2004 6.0L Powerstroke is built from high-grade silicone reinforced with four layers of heat-resistant embedded fibers. It retains factory fitment, includes a metal Y-fitting for added temperature and pressure tolerance, and is backed by Mishimoto's Lifetime Warranty.

Q: What is a radiator hose? Why buy one?
A: Radiator hoses connect your radiator to your engine, allowing coolant to pass through, but also allowing for some flexibility in order to accommodate the engine as it twists and vibrates.
