KYB's front strut mount is an OE-quality replacement designed specifically for the 2002-2005 Ford Explorer and 2003-2005 Lincoln Aviator. It cushions road impacts and eliminates the vibration and noise that worn, hardened mounts transmit into the cabin, and restores proper steering pivot function and wheel alignment geometry.

A: Pillow ball mounts are installed by first removing your strut setup completely. These then attach to the factory or aftermarket strut setup and everything is put back as normal. This is an excellent upgrade when choosing a spring and shock combo.
