Injen's Hydroshield pre-filter is built from a proprietary hydrophobic base media that stops contaminants down to .005 inches while remaining UV resistant and puncture resistant. It fits the X-1021 filter (6in base, 6-7/8in tall, 5-1/2in top) and extends service intervals by diverting debris before it reaches the main filter element.

Q: How do you install an air filter?

A drop-in air filter is installed by opening up your stock air box, pulling out your factory paper filter and replacing it with the new high flow unit.
