Injen's Hydroshield pre-filter is built from a proprietary hydrophobic base media that stops contaminants down to .005 inches and is UV resistant and puncture resistant. It fits X-1010, X-1011, X-1017, and X-1020 filters with a 5in base, 5in tall, 4in top dimension and extends service intervals by diverting debris before it reaches the filter.

A drop-in air filter is installed by opening up your stock air box, pulling out your factory paper filter and replacing it with the new high flow unit.
