Injen's Hydroshield pre-filter is built from a proprietary hydrophobic media that stops contaminants down to .005 inches and is UV and puncture resistant. It fits X-1015 and X-1018 filters (6.75in base, 5in tall, 5in top) and extends service intervals by diverting debris before it reaches the main filter.
