Injen Technology's Hydroshield pre-filter is constructed from a proprietary hydrophobic base media that stops contaminants down to .005 inches, is UV resistant, and is puncture resistant with elastic recovery after servicing. It fits Injen filters X-1012, X-1013, X-1014, and X-1056, and extends service intervals by diverting water and debris before they reach the main filter.
