ICON's XD Forged Tie Rod Kit for 2011-2026 GM 2500/3500 HD trucks is built to handle the added stress of lifted suspensions, larger tires, and aggressive off-road use. The inner tie rod is CNC machined from 4140 chromoly at 130% larger diameter than stock, paired with a 35mm metal-on-metal ball stud, while the forged steel outer tie rod runs a greaseable 32mm joint. Buckling strength exceeds stock by over 6 times.
