Description:
ICON Vehicle Dynamics' adjustable front track bar for 2003-and-up Dodge Ram 2500/3500 is built from 1/4-inch wall, 1-1/2-inch DOM tubing and CNC bent for an OE-style fit. It replaces the factory rubber bushing with a 1-inch captured uniball on the driver side and a PTFE-lined RMX12T rod end on the passenger side to reduce deflection and eliminate Death Wobble. A left/right adjuster allows on-truck alignment tuning, and the bar works on stock height trucks as well as those lifted 1-3 inches or 4-6 inches with a pan rod drop bracket.

Q: What is a traction bar? Why buy one?
A: Traction bars are yet another automotive component named for what they do, which is to help your vehicle gain traction by preventing wheel spin and unnecessary suspension movement. Traction bars were originally designed for rear wheel drive vehicles with solid rear axles, and acted as an extra link to prevent the axle from twisting which could cause wheel hop and reduce traction. Now however there are a host of traction bars available for every application from front wheel drive imports to rear wheel drive muscle cars. If you are a drag racer, road racer, or just enjoy driving fast, a good traction bar setup is a must. Without traction bars you will lose precious seconds spinning your wheels, but with a good traction bar setup installed you will hook up quick and have the ultimate in car control.
