Q: What do connecting rods do? Why buy connecting rods?
A: Connecting rods are ideal for nitrous, turbo or high rpm applications. Stronger connecting rods can handle the extra stress your high performance motor makes without snapping or damaging like factory units.
Q: How do you install connecting rods?
A: Connecting rods should be left to the pros because removal of your engine will be needed. The head will be taken off from the bottom block and internals replaced. This is definitely not a job for the mediocre mechanic.
