Goodridge GR clutch lines for the E46 use a PTFE inner hose wrapped in braided stainless steel with an outer Teflon coating to resist swelling and bursting under hard clutch pressure. The stock rubber line is designed to flex, which dulls pedal feel; these lines firm that up for more direct feedback.

A: The clutch hose is the fluid line that connects your clutch master cylinder to your clutch slave cylinder.
