FAST's XDi Sportsman Distributor uses a Hall-effect pickup in a CNC-machined billet housing with a polished stainless steel shaft, sealed ball bearing, and long bushing to deliver a stable trigger signal from idle to race RPM. Timing is fully locked out with no mechanical advance, and a FAST E6 or E7 ignition control is required.

Q: What is a distributor? Why buy one?
A: Distributors are a component of your ignition that allows the proper distribution of spark to your engine as the motor spins around. In order to keep your engine running smoothly the distributor has to be in great shape. Any wear in the shaft or electrical contacts can cause a host of running issues from misfires to complete failure.
