Edelbrock's Square-Bore Heat Insulator Gasket #9266 is designed to prevent percolation on Performer Series carburetors exposed to extreme under-hood temperatures. Its open center allows open-plenum Torker and Victor style manifolds to seal properly. Check air cleaner-to-hood clearance before installing, as the added height may cause interference.

Q: What are fender washers? Why buy them?
A: Fender washers are specially designed, large diameter washers that have an increased surface area which helps when securing body panels to your vehicle. The increased surface area spreads the load to prevent panel distortion so that your body lines stay straight and your panels stay secure at the same time. If you are replacing panels on your vehicle it is always a good idea to start with a fresh set of fender washers. Reusing old washers can lead to premature rusting and corrosion that will quickly damage your brand new panels.
