Description:
Edelbrock's part #8729 spacer kit includes a 7/16 inches thick spacer and two .045 inches thick gaskets for a combined 1/2 inches of lift, plus new base-to-upper fasteners. The added height increases valve cover clearance for roller rockers, provides heat insulation between manifold halves, and adds runner length for more torque. Fits all Performer RPM II 5.0 PN 7123 based manifolds.

The increased surface area spreads the load to prevent panel distortion so that your body lines stay straight and your panels stay secure at the same time.
