Edelbrock's Performer-Link Timing Chain and Gear Set for Pontiac 265-455 engines uses a solid-bushing chain for a true bearing surface that rolls with the sprockets to resist stretch. Cam sprockets are 35,000 psi tensile-strength cast iron; crank sprockets are billet SAE-1144 steel, induction heat treated. Not rated above 6,500 rpm.
