Edelbrock's part #77771 roller rocker arm is a single replacement unit for small block Chevy engines using 3/8 inches studs, built at a 1.5:1 ratio from CNC-machined and anodized 7129-grade aluminum. The trunnion race, roller pin, and roller tip are centerless ground, and a Torrington needle bearing fulcrum pairs with the roller tip for smooth operation. The full-body design clears springs up to 1.65 inches in diameter, and thick-walled adjusting nuts with 4140 steel poly locks are included. Made in the USA.

Q: What are rocker arms? Why buy them?
A: Rocker arms are the part of your valve train that acts directly to open and close your valves by translating inputs from the camshaft. Worn out rocker arms can drastically impact performance. Valve clearance can be thrown out of whack causing the valves not to open far enough leaving your engine with serious breathing problems. A new set of rocker arms will have your motor running like a top and maximize both power and reliability. There are a host of performance rocker arm options available as well. High-ratio rocker arms feature a longer lever that allows your valves to open further than before and thus they increase flow through the cylinder head. Roller rockers feature roller bearings on the contact end of the arm which reduces friction during operation and frees up extra power. Some rocker arms feature both an increased opening ratio and roller bearings giving you the ultimate in a performance rocker arm. With light weight designs and good performance gains these aftermarket rocker arms are hard to beat.
