Description:
Edelbrock's Big Victor Pro-Port cylinder head is cast from A-356 aluminum and HIP-processed for strength, dimensional stability, and finish quality. Designed for high-output, large cubic inch racing engines with 4.84 inches bore spacing, it features CNC ported chambers, a raised exhaust runner, 92cc combustion chambers, and manganese bronze valve guides. Valves and springs are not included; requires Edelbrock valve covers #4259 and Jesel shaft-mount rocker system #KPS-381754.

Q: What are cylinder heads? Why buy them?
A: The cylinder head is the top portion of an engine, sometimes referred to as the top end, which contains the intake and exhaust valves and is responsible for regulating the flow of air into the motor and exhaust out of the motor. The more air that can flow through the cylinder head the more power your engine will produce. Aftermarket cylinder heads have been designed with better port angles and numerous other improvements to increase flow and efficiency and thus improve performance. If you are looking to increase your vehicle’s performance a high-flow cylinder head will make one of the largest differences. Stock cylinder head designs can be very restrictive, so simply switching to an aftermarket head can transform your ride into a high performance machine. If you are doing an engine overhaul we highly recommend looking into adding a high-flow cylinder head.
