Edelbrock's EZ-Street TBI Fuel Regulator Kit (part #35631) mounts directly to the EZ-Street TBI body fuel inlet, eliminating the need to find a separate mounting location in the engine bay. It comes pre-set at 58 PSI, is non-adjustable, and uses a compact push-in design with a swivel bracket that can be clocked in multiple directions. The kit includes the regulator, mount, fuel inlet fitting, and a TBI -6AN fuel crossover hose. Designed specifically for the EZ-Street EFI system and not a universal-fit regulator.

A: The fuel pressure regulator regulates the fuel pressure that goes into the engine. The car's computer does not control the fuel pressure regulator; it is controlled by the engines vacuum. Depending whether the idle is high or low the fuel pressure regulator opens and closes giving more or less fuel. With a high performance motor, an adjustable fuel pressure regulator is needed to increase the amount of fuel given to the engine since larger injectors and fuel pump will be utilized.

A: You disconnect a vacuum hose and one fuel line on your fuel pressure regulator and replace it with the new adjustable unit within minutes.
