Edelbrock's Super Victor LS3 intake manifold (part #2821) is a single-plane carbureted unit built for Gen IV LS engines with LS3 cylinder heads targeting 700+ hp at 3,500-7,500 rpm. It features runners 24% larger than the Victor Jr. #28457, tapered for high-rpm flow, with a 4500-style plenum that accommodates bores up to 2.25 inches and suits nitrous or forced induction builds. A carburetor-mounted throttle bracket is recommended.

A: It depends on whether your car is carbureted or fuel injected, but either way, the good news is that it's located on the top end of the engine and therefore is easily accessible and won't require you to mess with any internals to change it out.
