Edelbrock's Big Victor 2 Spread-Port Tall-Deck intake manifold (part #28002) is designed for large cubic-inch or high-rpm drag racing big-blocks running Edelbrock Big Victor, Dart Big Chief, or Brodix Big Duke heads. It features a 4500 Series flange, accepts 2.25 inches throttle body butterflies without a spacer, and uses approximately 5% runner taper for top-end power with consistent throttle response. Port matching is required.

Q: How do you install an intake manifold?
A: It depends on whether your car is carbureted or fuel injected, but either way, the good news is that it's located on the top end of the engine and therefore is easily accessible and won't require you to mess with any internals to change it out.

A: Air is routed through the air filter, through the throttle body or carburetor, and into the intake manifold. Once the air is inside the intake manifold it's distributed to each of the cylinders in equal parts.
