Edelbrock's Stage 1 Street supercharger kit for the 2005-2009 Ford Mustang 4.6L 3V uses an Eaton Gen VI 2300 TVS assembly to push output to 466 hp and 439 ft-lbs at the crank. The four-lobe rotor with 160 degrees of twist maximizes flow while keeping intake temps down, and an integrated bypass valve reduces parasitic loss at light throttle. An air-to-water intercooler and low-temp heat exchanger handle charge cooling, and the kit is 50-state emissions legal. The included tune is calibrated for stock vehicles with a cat-back exhaust only.

A: Superchargers are vehicle-specific, and they will come with everything needed for a direct bolt-on.
Q: Does a supercharger kit come with everything you need? Or is there a pre-condition my vehicle needs to meet in order to be able to handle a supercharger kit?
A: When purchasing a supercharger setup they are vehicle specific which means it will come with everything needed for a direct bolt-on. If you're looking to up the boost past the stock 6 to 8 psi that it comes with stock other modifications will need to be made.
