Description:
Dinan's G87 M2 midpipe replaces the factory center section from the secondary cats back to the axle-back with 3-inch T304 stainless tubing, deleting both resonators for freer flow. A hand-built mandrel-bent X-pipe takes the place of the forward resonator, promoting even flow to both banks and producing a louder, smoother, fuller exhaust note than stock.

Q: What are crossover pipes? Why buy them?
A: Crossover pipes are also commonly known as X-pipes and H-pipes and they mount on vehicles with a dual exhaust setup to allow the two pipes to cross through each other. When the exhaust flow from both banks of your engine come together it helps to even out the exhaust pulsing which results in improved flow and significant gains in power as well. Now many modern performance vehicles come from the factory with crossover pipes, but if you have an older vehicle with dual exhaust, chances are you are missing out. The addition of a crossover pipe is one of the cheapest and easiest ways to gain a boost in performance and efficiency. This is one of the first power-adders you should get for your V6 or V8 powered machine; it makes a world of difference.
