CSF's high performance intercooler system for the Lamborghini Urus, Audi RS Q8, SQ8, and SQ7 features cores spec'd by CSF and custom built by PWR, using dual-row rolled cooling tubes with inner fins. This design reduces heat soak and lowers intake air temps more efficiently than traditional bar-and-plate or tube-and-fin cores, making it well suited to modified or tuned builds under sustained load.

Q: What is an intercooler? Why buy an intercooler?
A: Both superchargers and turbochargers heat air as they compress it. This heat can hurt the combustion process by changing the density of air entering the intake manifold from a cool charge to a hot one. An intercooler is used to lower the temperature of the air and in turn increase the density of that air, so more air can enter the cylinders and create more power.
Q: How do you install an intercooler?
A: Intercoolers are installed using piping kits. If there is a kit available for your car, intercoolers are placed in their desired location and piping routed to both the throttle body and the turbocharger side. Sometimes piping kits are not available and custom piping will need to be made.
Q: Do intercoolers work for any vehicle? Is there any pre-condition needed for me to buy an intercooler?
