CSF's front mount heat exchanger for the F8X BMW is a true drop-in replacement that requires no modifications and accepts all OEM components, including quick-connect hoses, mounting brackets, the OEM X-brace, and all air ducting. This black satin finish version addresses the S55 feets known heat soak weakness and is the recommended first upgrade if you're building out the cooling system in stages.

Q: What is a radiator hose? Why buy one?
A: Radiator hoses connect your radiator to your engine, allowing coolant to pass through, but also allowing for some flexibility in order to accommodate the engine as it twists and vibrates. It is common for OEM radiator hoses to get leaks and tears from exposure to the tremendous heat and fluids that exist under the hood of your vehicle. While a stock replacement hose will work just fine as a fix, there are also fantastic upgraded units available.
