Cometic's MLS Head Gasket for the GM 6.6L Duramax Diesel is built from multiple embossed stainless steel layers with Viton rubber-coated outer layers, giving it a compressed operating thickness of 0.027 inches. This left-side gasket requires no sealants and handles both aluminum-to-aluminum and aluminum-to-cast-iron block pairings.
