Cometic's MLS head gasket for the Nissan VQ30/VQ35 V6 uses multiple embossed stainless steel layers with Viton-coated outer surfaces, giving it a compressed operating thickness of 0.040 inches. No sealants are required, and the Viton coating handles heat up to 482 F while resisting corrosion. This is the right-side gasket.
