Cometic's Ford 8BA/8CM Flathead V8 oil pump drive cover gasket uses a chemically blown nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core, rated to over 250 degrees F. The AFM material offers 85 percent recovery with strong torque retention and does not require sealers or re-torque.
