Camburg's 4.00 Rear Axle Housing Faceplate Hardware Kit uses custom ARP studs that thread into the machined faceplate with shouldered shanks for higher horsepower applications. A special chamfer registers each stud straight into the faceplate to reduce shear loads on the threads. The 3/8-16 side threads into Camburg faceplates, and the kit is also compatible with Camburg 3.50 housings as an upgrade. No gasket is used; Camburg recommends a hi-temp silicone gasket maker like "the Right Stuff" in its place.
