BBK's 3-piece underdrive pulley kit for GM Truck 4.3, 5.0, and 5.7 engines is CNC-machined from billet aluminum and delivers an average of 8-15 additional horsepower over stock. The pulleys reduce accessory draw by slowing belt-driven components, and the lighter aluminum construction adds to the gains versus cast factory pulleys. They bolt directly onto the factory locations and retain full cooling and charging characteristics. Note that installation requires a new 6-rib, 91.5-inch serpentine belt, sold separately.
