APR's high pressure fuel pump for the 2019-2026 Audi Q3 2.0T EA888 Gen 3 is machined to dimensional tolerances as tight as .00004 inches and geometric tolerances as tight as .00005 inches. The plunger and barrel are certified heat-treated bearing-grade stainless steel with a diamond-like coating, and each unit ships with a properly specified spring to prevent plunger float. Every pump is bench-tested before shipment to catch seal leaks, solenoid faults, or assembly errors - a seized HPFP at startup can damage the camshaft.
