APR's high pressure fuel pump rebuild for the 2019-2025 Audi Q3 2.0T Gen 3 machines internals to dimensional tolerances as tight as .00004 inches and geometric tolerances as tight as .00005 inches. The plunger and barrel are certified, heat-treated bearing-grade stainless steel, with a diamond-like coating on the plunger for surface hardness. A properly specified spring prevents plunger float, and all internal seals are replaced.
