APR's Supercharger Drive and Crank Pulley kit for the Quattro 3.0 TFSI combines a 57.75mm billet stainless drive pulley and a 187mm billet aluminum crank pulley to spin the factory supercharger approximately 26.4% faster than stock. The drive pulley is e-coated black; the crank pulley is anodized black, retains the factory harmonic balancer, and bolts over the existing unit. A replacement belt is included; ECU software is sold separately. Note that at this airflow level, APR recommends their Ultracharger Throttle Body Upgrade to avoid a bottleneck at the factory throttle body.

Q: How do you install a pulley kit?
A: Pulley kits are installed using hand tools. First remove your factory belts (this is a good time to buy replacements), and then remove the bolts to take your factory pulleys off. Replace them with the lightweight, larger diameter pulleys.

Beyond that, pulley kits often come in custom finishes, such as polished or anodized, and give your engine bay a clean custom look.
