APR's B7 High Pressure Fuel Pump uses certified, heat-treated bearing-grade stainless steel for the plunger and barrel, machined to dimensional tolerances as tight as .00004 inches. The plunger receives a diamond-like coating for surface hardness, all internal seals are replaced, and a properly specified spring is included to prevent float from altered plunger mass.
