aFe's Momentum Black Series Dynamic Air Scoops are constructed from 100% twill weave carbon fiber with a gloss exterior and matte interior finish. They snap directly into the factory inlet ducts and V-support brace with no additional hardware, forcing cooler air from the front grilles into the stock intake tract.

A: Air intakes are a true bolt-on application. The removal of your factory air box and resonator will be needed and the air intake installed in its place. Basic hand tools are needed, and the intake installs in minutes. If you don't regularly work on your truck yourself, installing an air intake might be a great way to get started and get familiarized because it's perhaps the most simple bolt-on performance upgrade you can do.
