aFe's BladeRunner exhaust manifolds and up-pipe package are built for 08-10 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke diesels from 304 stainless steel with .120-wall tubing and 3/8 inches laser-cut flanges. CNC-machined inlet and outlet ports match factory dimensions for a leak-free seal, and 2 inches flex tubes with internal liners handle high-boost, high-EGT conditions. EGT ports on each manifold accept gauges or test equipment, and the kit retains compatibility with factory AC lines, heat shields, sensors, and EGR cooler.
