aFe Power's Bladerunner EGR Cooler is a 100% new stainless steel direct replacement for 2004-2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke trucks, with no core charge or core exchange required. TIG-welded connections and tube walls more than twice as thick as OE extend service life and resist clogging. Also fits 2004-2005 Ford Excursion 6.0L. A complete gasket kit is available but sold separately.
